The Polaris 39-401 is a replacement side wheel for the Polaris 3900 swimming pool cleaner. The 3900 is a side-pressure pool cleaner with a 3-wheel design and all-wheel Posidrive system that enables the cleaner to traverse the pool bottom and sides for a complete clean of the pool. The all-wheel drive system provides 50 percent more torque than other systems. This side wheel is a key component of that system and must be replaced when necessary to make sure the pool cleaner works as intended. This wheel is an original Polaris factory part so you can be assured it will work well with your 3900 pool cleaner and deliver the results you expect from your pool vacuum.
