Our Policy
We have a 30-day return/replacement policy, if you are unhappy with your product or your product arrived defective within 30 days of the original purchase date.
If you receive damaged item
If you receive any product that is damaged, then you must notify us within 7 days of receipt of damaged goods for a replacement and follow the normal return procedures.
How to request a Refund/Replacement
Please use the contact us Below for a return merchandise authorization (RMA). Your return needs to be received by our warehouse within 2 weeks after the RMA was issued.
How Refunds are Processed
Once we receive a return authorized (RMA) we refund the items from the order to the original sale form of payment normal processing in 3 to 5 days.
Product Condition
Returned items must be new and unused, in the original packaging. Any item returned that is not in resalable condition, may be rejected.
Please note that return shipping is the buyers' responsibility.
